Robin is a professionally certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. He has spent over 30 years working in some of the worlds best known organisations as an executive focusing on developing talent and building capabilities.

Robin has been a practicing coach with over 20 years experience working with leaders at all levels of the organisation. Robin’s coaching practice is currently 30% private clients who work with him on a range of issues and 70% working with organisations who seek his expertise to develop their senior leadership teams.
Robin is experienced in all elements of assessment selection and talent development and brings a deep understanding of the corporate context his clients operate in.
Robins Areas of expertise include
1.Transition coaching and capability building.
This involves supporting career transitions for executives who have to navigate new contexts helping partner with them to reach new levels of performance quickly and to modify any derailing behaviours. This often involves working on specific goals clients have based on feedback from assessment processes or from their teams.
2.Supporting individual and team performance.
This involves partnering to help clients improve team relations and performance and can include areas such as supporting resilience, building new mental models and skills or looking more deeply at motivations and drivers.
3.Start ups and navigating change.
Many founders and senior executives in start-ups or in critical growth phases often need to support to navigate specific challenges. This includes activities such as mergers and acquisitions, downsizing, restructuring or large cultural change projects where coaching is provided to support the overall transition plan.
4.Career support for emerging talent.
This involves working with clients in mid career as they move into larger global roles with significant new accountabilities and challenges and find themselves needing to re-equip or adapt their leadership style. With very senior executives who are looking to make the move towards the C suite the focus is often on new sets of capabilities and skills they have yet to fully develop. In addition Robin often works with underrepresented talent pools where organisations are looking to build a more diverse bench strength for their senior leadership positions.
